I purchased the Bratwurst when they came to the Magnolia Green farmer’s market for Mother’s Day weekend and it was the BEST sausage I’ve ever tasted in my life (and I’m from the Eastern NC-Chadbourn where my grandparents raised hogs). I literally ate a brat every day for breakfast and shared with no one!!! I am looking forward to seeing them again on Saturday so I can load up my deep freezer. And the owner is so nice and exudes Southern Hospitality. I can’t remember his name but he has this one cute dimple on his left cheek.

Someone gave me some brats from Dockery Branch and since I grew up in WI, I was dubious about bratwursts made in VA. BOY WAS I WRONG!!! Absolutely delicious, every bit as good or better as any bratwurst I’ve ever had, and I’ve had them all. I’m going to the local farmer’s market this weekend to stock up.
