Baked Sausages and Vegetable Pasta

Slice your favorite vegetables and baste with olive oil. In a dish, lay 5 sausages on the bottom and smother with your vegetables. Bake in oven for 30-40 mins. until done. Serve with potatoes, rice, or pasta.

Sausage and Shrimp Alfredo

1 lb. pealed shrimp. 5 sausage links. Small sliced onion. Sliced red bell pepper.

Beer Boiled Sausages

Boil 5 sausages in a pot with beer of choice and water. Simmer for 8-10 mins. until sausages are firm. Char on the grill to crisp the outside. Serve on a bun with chutney or mustard.

Spaghetti

1.5 lb. mild or hot country sausage. 32 oz. favorite marinara sauce. Brown sausage. Add marinara. Simmer until ready to serve.

Meat Loaf

1.5 lb. Dockery Burger, 1 egg, 1 chopped onion, 1/4 cup of ketchup, 1/4 cup of mustard, 1 sleeve of crumbled saltine crackers. Mix well. Top with tomato chutney. Bake 1 hour on 350 degrees.

Sausage and Kale Soup

Five sausage links, diced onion, diced red bell pepper, bag of kale (32 oz.), and chicken broth. In a pot, sauté sausage links, onion, and pepper. Remove sausage links and slice. Add sausage and chicken broth to water. Bring to a boil and add kale and 32 oz. marinara sauce and 1 lb. of shrimp. Turn heat to low. Serve in a bowl or with pasta.
